Spring Training beings in less then one month and certain players haven't been signed yet with the Red Sox.  That's one thing I believe should be solved in the off season - contract issues.  If the season began this morning, then players such as Pena and Donnelly would still be planning their future with Boston.  The media however, loves this when players aren't sign yet because it gives them something to write about.  Below is link about Pena and Donnelly.

From a Red Sox point of view, this is hard to think of that a player who Boston brought up through their farm system has departed from the Red Sox.  Trot Nixon, a very much fan favorite has left and moving on to the Indians where he can use his natual talent, bright humor and overal character to a younger ball club with lots of potential in the AL Central.  Good Luck Trot!

Patriots lost due to lack of defense in the 1st half.  Less then a few minutes reminaing, they deciede to play "perventive defense" whatever that means, it opens the door for the Colts to take advantage of that and march down the field and in the end win the game.  This *****.  However, with the Pats lose, I can finally shift my mind to the Red Sox as they get ready for this years campeign.  It should be an exciting one with many changes for the start of the new year.  One things hasn't change is my scorecards that will be shown!
